These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of UR website www.unlockingresilience.org and ALL products purchased from the site. UR is located in Omaha NE 68124 By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use UR website or products if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “User”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing these website/s and accepting the terms and conditions. UR ”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to UR . “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of UR stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of The United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Cookies We employ the use of cookies. By using UR website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with UR privacy policy (stated above). Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our website to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

License Unless otherwise stated, UR owns the intellectual property rights for all material on UR. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from UR website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not: – Republish material from UR website or email, or delivered products. – Sell, rent, or sub-license material from UR website or email delivery of products. – Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from UR or email delivery of products. – Redistribute content from UR or email delivery of products. (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

Membership/Course Access UR primarily provides both free and recorded digital material within a Users membership or course (on line or in person). The majority of products are not available or permitted to be downloaded or owned. “Downloadable” does not give the owner the rights to share free or purchased “downloads” to the public. They are for personal use only.

Purchasing process fulfill Any order placed is an offer to purchase access to a service or product. Orders are subject to availability and are accepted at the discretion of UR. Users must select the desired service or product and place their order only after having carefully verified the information contained in the checkout process. The order is subject to payment of the total amount stated in the order.

UR reserves the right not to full fill an order, should one or more of the services or products purchased be unavailable. In this case, UR will notify the User about the unavailability of the services or products purchased within 5 working days from the order – to the email address associated with the purchase – and will provide for a refund of any amounts paid by the User.

To place an order, Users must register on the site, order page, or submission page, providing the requested data. The indicated prices include taxes, fees, and charges of the law applicable. UR reserves the right to offer discounts and various promotions throughout the year. For more details on current promotions, the User is asked to contact UR via the contact information contained herein.

Informed Consent

I understand that if I am experiencing suicidal thoughts/ideations, or the desire to harm myself or others, I will contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline. I understand that UR is not responsible for actions taken outside of a one to one, or group sessions. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well being choices.

I understand that UR are qualified to teach me how to use energy healing to help me reduce stress and enhance my quality of life. I also understand she is qualified to teach me how I may improve my well being.

I understand that I am completely responsible for my own health, comfort, healing, and well-being. I understand it is my responsibility to communicate my needs.

I understand UR is not a substitute for adequate medical care and I intend to remain under the care of my primary healthcare provider.

I understand my own health activities are my responsibility. Therefore I agree to use UR services in conjunction with, not as a substitute for care from licensed medical providers.

I understand that, in any case when UR cannot help me, then UR can refer me to another qualified professional or modality that can assist me with any issues I bring to his/her attention.

I understand that UR will not accept responsibility for my decisions and will not make decisions for me. I am responsible for my own decisions regarding my health, nutrition, wellness, and any interventions I decide to try.

I understand that UR are not trained mental health professionals and are not providing mental health or therapeutic services. I understand that if I am experiencing mental health issues, I will consult a mental health professional.

I understand my identity and any information about me, whether I share it or UR discovers it on their own, will be held in the strictest confidence, except when released by me or specifically required by law.

I have the right to waive this agreement of confidentiality in whole or part at any time.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the UR Terms and Conditions. I agree to allow the UR to help me learn to heal myself using the natural healing techniques and modalities herein listed.

I understand that the UR will accept and honor an appointment cancellation request any time prior to 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. I understand I may be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00 with less than 24 hours notice of a cancelled appointment. I will be charged the full amount for a no show no call missed appointment. UR will consider honoring a request within 24 hours in an emergency.

I understand that there is a No Refund Policy.

I understand that full payment is required at the time services, for pre-order products/services, package offers, services ordered on-line, and all ready delivered services/products.

UR Disclaimer Gina Martin Founder of (UR) located in Omaha , Ne. Gina is an intuitive and has been working with her clients and students starting in 2000. She does not use spirit guides or any trance-inducing tools – she relies on nothing but her inner knowing guided by the client's body's innate wisdom that everyone naturally is born with. She has developed her innate connection with herself and teaches her clients and students how to do the same.

Although there is evidence that energy work, hands on or not is effective in treating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual conditions, the method is considered alternative or complementary by Western healthcare professionals. Spiritual healing and energy work are not a substitute for traditional medical treatment. If you have a serious health imbalance, please see a doctor or other appropriate professional, and include UR healing tools as part of your complete healthcare program. Sessions and classes are offered as UR teachings and are not to be taken as medical advice. It is your right to educate yourself about all medical conditions and prescribed treatments and is ultimately your decision on what is appropriate for you. The testimonials and information presented from any individual, Gina Martin, or UR Team should not be taken as a remedy over any medical treatment prescribed by licensed medical professionals.

By booking, attending, or participating in a private or group session/training with UR,including viewing the UR websites, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless, Gina Martin, and others associated with UR, from any claim or liability whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, compensatory, exemplary or consequential damages, losses or expenses, including without limitation lost or misdirected orders, lost profits, lost goodwill, or lost or stolen programs or other data, however caused and under any theory of liability arising out of or in connection with (1) use of the website, or the inability to use the website by any party; or (2) any failure or performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission; or (3) line or system failure or the introduction of a computer virus, or other technical sabotage; or (4) any content on the website published by a third party; or (5) any personal injury or death, and your use of this website and the information, ideas, suggestions, techniques, and other materials. Any information, stories, examples, or testimonials presented on the UR website do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding the outcome of a treatment.

If any court of law rules that any part of the indemnity, release or disclaimer is invalid, the indemnity, release or disclaimer stands as if those parts were struck out. The UR classes, events, trainings, and/or workshops and website and accompanying content contains copyrighted material (all rights reserved). You may not disseminate, modify, copy, in whole or in part, such copyrighted material unless specifically permitted to do so by Gina Martin.

SEMI-PRIVATE AND PRIVATE SESSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS By purchasing your session(s), you, the “Client” agree to the following:

Realistic Expectations of Healing/Energy Work Many clients experience life-changing occurrences after one UR session, but like all healing modalities, UR is not a one shot deal. Clients often have a desire for repeat sessions, to go even deeper working through certain issues. In essence, healing takes time, especially in the UR context, which deals not only with this lifetime, but countless dimensions throughout space and time.

Please come to your session prepared and knowing the main issues in your life that you would like to focus on healing. During your session, UR will be guiding you throughout the session. An openness to allow whatever presents itself during the session is helpful for the full benefits to transpire. Common experiences include visuals of faces and/or places, body sensations such as tingling or rushes of energy, and various emotions.

Session Recordings If you request/purchase, UR can provide a recordings of private sessions to clients as a courtesy. Unfortunately, occasional technical issues may prevent recordings in some instances. When you purchase a session, you maybe purchasing a live or long distance session. When recordings are provided, in events where recordings are unavailable, another general pre-recording audio maybe selected by the client, however no refund(s) will be issued after a session has been completed.

Session Reminders and Links

For both phone and online sessions, the Client is to connect via the provided link or phone number at the scheduled time. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have connectivity for the session. If you are unable to resolve connectivity issues (internet, phone connection, App issues) before your session, and are unable to participate in the session, it is up to the discretion of the UR to determine if a session can be rescheduled or if a refund is warranted. Refunds are not guaranteed. Setting a Space for Sessions – When connecting for your session, please find a quiet and private space where you will not be interrupted. Sitting or lying down is best, allowing the entire body to relax.

Pricing and Policy Each appointment is for either 30, or 60 minutes. Pricing is as listed on UR website and in purchase form when appointments are purchased. All payments are required at the time services are delivered via check, credit card, or PayPal.

Follow-Up Question Policy Please take the opportunity to have all of your questions answered during your session. While it is normal to have some questions about the content of your session, it is not UR policy to answer follow-up questions after the conclusion of the session. Please note that follow-up questions may require an additional session to be addressed.

Gift Cards Contact gina@unlockingresilience.org if you are interested in Gifting a session to someone other than yourself.

Methods of payment UR uses third-party tools for its payment processing and is not connected with any of the provided payment information – such as the credit card – in any way. If any third-party tools used by UR refuses to authorize a payment, then UR cannot provide the service or product and will therefore not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver.

Currency conversion The exchange rate is the one established by the payment processor. The Service or Product is provided “as is” The service or product is provided by UR “as is”, with no express or implied warranty for accuracy or availability.

Service interruption UR reserves the right to add and remove functionalities or features as well as suspend or even discontinue the service or product, either temporarily or permanently. In case of final discontinuation, UR will do the utmost to allow Users to withdraw their information held by UR.

Service or product reselling Users are not allowed to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of UR and of its service or product without Gina Martin's express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a proper reselling program.

User Comments This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof. Certain parts of this website may offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material, and data (‘Comments’ or ‘Reviews’) in areas of the website. UR may or may not screen, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of UR, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws UR shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages, or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and participation policies(below) have been established to provide the highest level of service and fairness to all of our Clients. By providing notices of cancellation, we may have the opportunity to accommodate another client in your spot. These possibilities vary by the type of service you receive and are reflected in the policies below.

Travel and Insurance Policy You are responsible for your own travel costs and travel insurance. It is highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of any program date changes, cancellations, family emergencies, bad weather delays, COVID-19 restrictions, etc. If a change occurs and you cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance. Again, UR/EYBG will not be liable for any costs associated with travel.

Terms of Participation & Waiver

1. I acknowledge that Gina Martin is an Intuitive. I acknowledge that she is not a medical doctor or psychology professional, is not a licensed financial advisor, marriage counselor or lawyer, nor is she claiming to have any special professional qualifications or designations of any kind. I understand that any information or ideas shared during our work together is only a personal opinion and will not be construed as medical or psychological advice, professional financial advisory services, legal advice or anything else other than her personal opinion and intuitive guidance. I further understand that if I have a medical or psychological condition, it is advisable to seek medical or psychological advice from a licensed professional in those fields.

In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will hereafter receive from Gina Martin and/or (UR), I hereby hold harmless Gina Martin and any related entities from any and all liability in consequence of such services, information are given and support given, and I release and waive all claim for damage, as a result of such services, information and support. This release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigned. I have read this waiver & release in its entirety before agreeing to it, and I understand its effect. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights that I or my heirs, next of kin, executors or administrators otherwise may have had.

3. I understand and agree that the classes, training, facilitation, live calls and events, question and answer sessions, information, ideas, materials, methods, techniques, frameworks, worksheets, attachments, recorded materials and all related content taught and shared by Gina Martin in any format or setting (hereafter referred to as “The Information”) are designed for my own educational purposes only. I understand and agree that The Information contains copyrighted material and may include trade secrets and other intellectual property that is the sole property of Gina Martin, and that without specific written permission from Gina Martin, The Information may not be reproduced in any manner in whole or in part and may not be shared in whole or in part in digital or non-digital format, in person or over the phone or in any other way with anyone else or in any public or private forums or groups now or in the future. I further understand and agree not to use any of The Information, including but not limited to Meridian Massage course material, 8 Vessel course material, and all other materials written, recorded, or videos without written permission from Gina Martin. I understand and agree that if I do complete all of the requirements for Certification that this certifies me to use The Information with individuals in a one-on-one setting only, and that I would need to complete additional certification programs with Gina Martin or another instructor he has officially authorized to lead such additional certification programs before I am authorized to use The Information with groups of 2 or more people or in any other way other than using The Information in a one-on-one setting only. I further agree to refer to The Information or any part of it (including but not limited to Meridian Massage, 8 Vessel Balancing, (UR), etc.) I will not refer to it by any other name. I agree not to share any writings about or summaries of any of The Information or teach any part of it to others in a group program or privately one on one or in any other setting or via any other means, live or recorded, without prior written permission from Gina Martin.

4. I hereby grant Gina Martin, and any and all agents, associates or assignee's the unlimited right throughout the Universe to 1) record my voice and/or image (photo or video) at any time during any of the programs I am enrolled in or any events or calls I attend (other than during any private 1-on-1 sessions) 2) use my name, voice, photo and video recordings, and written, voice and/or video comments and testimonials in any form of products (including but not limited to audio, digital, and/or physical products), as well as in sales and marketing materials both on and offline, and 3) publish, distribute, and/or sell these materials in any form. I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the voice and/or video recordings, and I release Gina Martin (UR), and any and all agents, associates or assignee's from all claims for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim related to the voice and/or image/video recordings.

5. I understand and agree that if I purchase one or more private sessions with Gina Martin that I need to provide 24 hours notice to reschedule. I agree that if I don’t reschedule with 24 hours notice or if I show up more than 10 minutes late for my session, it will be considered a no show, and I will lose my session and will not receive a full or partial refund for the session or for the program the session was included with if it was included as part of a group program.

6. I understand and agree that if I purchase a program or any other service from Gina Martin, (UR) with a payment plan that such a payment plan is not a subscription I can cancel at any time but is a pre-authorization of a fixed number of payments at a fixed dollar amount. For example, if I purchase a program for 12 payments of $97, I am authorizing my bank, credit card, PayPal and/or other payment method to make all 12 payments of $97, and I cannot cancel the payments after 6 months or at any other time. The only exception is IF there is a refund policy advertised for the specific program or service I am purchasing, in which case I can receive a refund of my first payment and cancel all future payments by notifying Gina Martin via email at gina@unlockingresilience.org within the stated limited refund time frame of purchase (or within 30 days of the start of the program, whichever is earlier) that I would like a refund. If there is no refund policy advertised. The strict no refund policy applies to purchases. Refund policy has been nullified by me receiving a 1on1 session included with the program or service as outlined in item 7 below, I understand and agree that I am unable to cancel for any reason any future payments that are included in the payment plan I agreed to when I purchased the program or service.

7. I understand and agree that unless specifically advertised and highlighted on a registration page, checkout page or during an information call, there are no refunds or partial refunds on any programs, private 1on1 sessions, packages of 1on1 sessions, or other services I purchase from Gina Martin, and/or no-questions-asked(UR). I also understand that if there is a refund guarantee advertised that I can receive a full no questions asked refund within 10 days of my date of purchase (or within 10 days of the start of the program, whichever is earlier), and I will receive a full refund. I understand and agree that if I purchase a program that comes with a refund back guarantee and that includes a 1on1 private session with Gina Martin that once I receive an included one-on-one session – the act of showing up for a scheduled one-on-one session and/or not showing up within 5 minutes of my scheduled session time constitutes “receiving a session” – that this nullifies the money back guarantee and I would not be able to receive a full or partial refund of the program even if it is within the stated refund window.

8. I understand that there are no transfers from one group program to another group program. I understand that if extenuating circumstances arise and I would like to switch from a program I have already registered for to a similar or different program offered in the future, I can email gina@unlockingresilience.com and ask if they will make an exception to this policy and allow me to transfer. I understand that many of these requests are denied, and that if an exception is made on my behalf there may be an administrative fee involved in transferring me to the other program I prefer.

9. I understand that there may be times when the dates and times of calls and/or events may be changed from the originally advertised and/or originally expected dates and times, and I agree that any such changes will not be grounds for me to receive a full or partial refund for any programs, events or other services I have purchased that these rescheduled calls and/or events are included as a part of. I understand that Gina Martin, (UR), will make a good faith effort to keep to the originally advertised and/or originally expected dates and times, and that if they decide to change dates and/or times, they will communicate any changes as far in advance as possible to the email address I used to register for the event, program or service. I also understand that while there is no promise, there is a possibility that Gina Martin may add one or more additional bonus calls, videos, and/or audios, to thank me for my understanding and flexibility around any unexpected scheduling changes.

10. I understand and agree that if I join any online communities owned or managed by Gina Martin, and/or (UR) that I will follow all of the guidelines posted inside of these communities. I understand and agree that if I violate any of these guidelines I may be removed from that specific community or all of the online communities owned or managed by Gina Martin. I understand and agree that if I am removed from one or more online communities, I will not receive a full or partial refund for any programs or services I have purchased from Gina Martin, (UR). I understand that Gina Martin and associates involved in managing these communities will when they see fit provide one or two warnings and opportunities to come into alignment with posted guidelines before removing me or anyone else from any of the online communities, but there may be circumstances where guideline violations are of a specific nature where Gina Martin and associates involved in managing these communities will remove me or others from one or more online communities without prior warning. I understand and agree that it’s up to the sole discretion of Gina Martin and associates involved in managing these communities how to handle community guideline violations.
