Free Healing Calls!

Every year I do a “give back” to the community project. This year it is “Unlocking Resilience” and it is open to the public. I am finding the level of stress most have is too high and needs to be addressed more directly and consistently.


I will be offering free calls several times a month starting 2/9/2025. I will briefly explain how the dorsal vagal reaction in the body is holding you back and then spend time on the call balancing those on the call to a place of less stress. The goal is to empty your stress bucket faster than you fill it up. Relief!


I will be covering how various forms of trauma show up and influence the dorsal vagal process of the body. The calls main focus is to rewire the brain so it can function better, which allows the body to function better

The symptoms below are general and have different levels of effect from mild to extreme. I feel for all of us to be our very best self we need to address the daily influence of stress. My goal is to assist others in reducing their dorsal vagal respond so they can build a life they love even in our challenging times right now.


Dorsal vagal reactions is a state of chronic overwhelm that can cause a person to feel disconnected, exhausted, and emotionally disengaged with life. It can feel like a collapse of energy and emotion and can cause a person to feel off and not know why.


Physical symptoms

  • Daily fatigue, hard to get out of bed,
  • Decreased heart rate and blood pressure
  • Shallow breathing
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Dizziness or disorientation
  • Normal things feel hard to do, a heaviness in the body
  • Constipation or frequent urination
  • Clumsiness


Emotional symptoms

  • Feeling helpless, hard to make decisions,
  • Feeling stuck, or disconnected from the world
  • Feeling hopeless or ashamed without knowing why
  • Feeling nervous around others
  • Feeling irritable or angry, likeeverything is a big deal
  • Feeling disconnected from your feelings, an “ I don’t care” attitude


Behavioral symptoms: Withdrawing from others, daily activities feel boring, self-expression is slowed, and having a slumped posture. It can feel like a lot of work to stand up, or a constant need for stimulants to feel okay or get through the day.
